The SEALFAST manufacturing process involves taking an extruded rubber profile, cutting it to the required length and joining the ends through a controlled hot vulcanisation process to create a continuous seal ring.

The process involves the use of dedicated tooling and controlled heat, pressure and cure parameters to achieve a consistent, high strength vulcanised join.
